Newegg lists the ABS Stratos II Ruby pre-built gaming PC at $2,549.99, a $450 drop from its standard price. This reduction makes the system the least expensive RTX 5070 Ti gaming PC currently available on the retailer's platform.

The core of the machine is an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor. This eight-core chip features AMD's 3D V-Cache technology, which expands the L3 cache to 96MB. A larger cache allows the processor to access data more quickly, reducing latency and stabilizing frame rates. While no longer the absolute leader in CPU benchmarks, the 9800X3D remains a top performer, with no Intel equivalent matching its gaming capabilities.

Graphics performance comes from an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti. This current-generation Blackwell card includes 8,960 CUDA cores and 16GB of GDDR7 video memory. The hardware targets high-end 1440p and 4K gaming. It supports DLSS with multi-frame generation, allowing players to handle ray-traced scenes in demanding titles at high settings. The 16GB of memory provides more capacity than the 8GB found in lower-tier RTX 5060 and RTX 5050 cards.

The system also includes 32GB of DDR5 memory, configured as two 16GB G.Skill Ripjaws M5 Neo RGB modules running at 6,000 MT/s. Storage is handled by a 2TB Team Group NV5000 M.2 SSD with Gen 4 speeds, providing ample space for large game libraries. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and Ethernet. A Bitspower 240mm all-in-one liquid cooler manages heat for the processor.

ABS is a proprietary brand for Newegg, which explains the wide availability of its systems on the site. Tom's Hardware notes that the combination of the 9800X3D and RTX 5070 Ti at this price point represents a strong value in the current market. The outlet expects the stock to sell out quickly given the competitive pricing.
